Though I am 100% aware that physical exercise crucial for my overall health & well being, I don’t enjoy working out all that much. Long story short, when it comes to ensuring that I exercise on a regular basis, I admittedly need all the help I can get!

Fortunately, I adore music and recognize that it has a powerful effect in elevating moods and energy. With this in mind, I’ve compiled a list of timeless kick-ass songs that acts as a ‘fuel’ and sparks that ‘let’s do this!’ drive in me.

Whether I listen to it at the gym or on a run in the great outdoors, I this eclectic playlist that includes 20 songs across multiple genres never fails to get my heart pumping and gives me that added ‘push’ to ensure that I make the most of each of my workouts.
