14. Let people help you

Allow yourself to be vulnerable and accept help when it’s offered. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it.
Asking for help doesn’t make you weak, it makes you human.

15. Be honest with yourself

Don’t make excuses for other people’s bad behaviour or blame yourself for their actions. You have the right to set boundaries and to expect others to treat you with kindness and compassion.
To implement this mindset, identify any relationships in your life where you feel disrespected or mistreated.
Be honest with yourself about the impact these relationships are having on your well-being. Then, take action to protect yourself. This may mean ending the relationship, setting clear boundaries, or seeking support from friends, family, or a professional counsellor.
17. Remove yourself from a bad situation instead of waiting for the situation to change
If you ever find yourself in a bad situation, it’s important to take action to protect yourself rather than wait for the situation to improve.
This may mean leaving a toxic job or relationship, distancing yourself from negative influences, or finding ways to cope with difficult circumstances.
It can be scary to make changes, but sometimes it’s necessary for your own well-being. To implement this mindset, identify any situations in your life that are causing you stress or discomfort. Think about the steps you can take to improve the situation or remove yourself from it altogether. Make a plan and take action, even if it’s just one small step at a time.
18. Don’t tolerate the intolerable

There are certain things that should never be tolerated, no matter what the circumstances. These might include racism, sexism, bigotry, or any other form of discrimination or hate.
It’s important to take a stand against these issues and to speak up when you see them happening. To implement this mindset, educate yourself about social justice issues and become an advocate for change.
Speak out against discrimination and hate in all its forms, whether it’s on social media, in your community, or in your personal relationships. Don’t let anyone make you feel like you have to tolerate intolerance.
19. Stop blaming
Victims never succeed: Blaming others for our problems and shortcomings is a way of giving away our power.To implement this mindset, take responsibility for your life and the outcomes of your actions.

20. Live with integrity

Decide what feels right to you, then do it: Living with integrity means acting in accordance with your values and beliefs.To implement this mindset, take the time to identify your values and make decisions that align with them.
Be true to yourself and don’t compromise your values for the sake of others.
