Although expressing our “Thank You” for who we already are and what we already have in our lives seem so simple and easy to do, we often waste too much time on focusing on our lack rather than our abundance.
So, let’s start choosing to cultivate an attitude of gratitude and consciously practice it every day.
What I found to be true is that when we count our blessings on a daily basis for what we have, we invite even more blessings and abundance into our lives.
Take the time to say “Thank You” for the seemingly ordinary things that we often take for granted. Whether its the beautiful home we live in, the love of our family & friends to our access to clean running water.
Most of all, always remember that the fact that we are alive is an amazing gift in itself.
Through good times and bad times, there’s always something to be grateful for…
